USA Today reports that Marvel has decided to sue NCSoft and Cryptic because players are able to "make virtual characters that are too similar to "The Hulk," "X-Men"".

One thing however has irritated us, as they state that "The New York-based company also took issue with the ability of players to go so far as to name their superhero creations after Marvel comic book characters." We have been under the impression that players can not name their players after the famous protagonists of Marvel's and other comics. But if Marvel thinks that a green guy with muscles named "h0lk" poses a threat to them - you be The Judge.
