The Honorable Sarah Curley, Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Arizona yesterday approved the Tulga Games LLC’s bid to purchase the assets of Artifact Entertainment Inc.

"Very few organizations can boast a working technology that allows many concurrent users simultaneous gameplay in a persistent world.", said Chris Tulumello, former Artifact Contractor and Managing Member of Tulga Games LLC, apparently disregarding the myriad of other massive multiplayer games that are existing.

Aside this rather funny quote, the purchase of course seems to have it's upsides. Horizons will get a new influx of funding that will allow for continous operation of the game and also for ongoing development and improvement of the game.

It is unclear how the approved purchase will affect Games Network and Horizons in Europe. We will keep you informed.
