Final European Release Details

Blizzard Entertainment has announced all the final details of the European launch of World of Warcraft in their latest Newsletter.

Suggested Retail Price for the standard edition: 44.99€ (£29.99 for the United Kingdom). The standard edition will contain the full game in English, French or German and a one-month subscription. Price for the Collector's Edition will be 69.99€ (£44.99 for the United Kingdom). The Collector's Edition will include the one-month subscription and several unique special-edition in-game items.

Subscription fee's are as follows:

A monthly subscription will cost 12.99€ per month, or £8.99 in the UK
A quarterly subscription covering three months of play will cost 11.99€, or £8.39 in the UK.
A six month subscription will cost 10.99€ per month, or £7.69 in the UK.

The Server strategy of Blizzard will accomodate all European countries likewise. Blizzard will establish dedicated servers specific to each geographical location. There will be servers in German, French and English language, several ones per timezone, all with Customer Support in their own language and timezone.

A goody for those that pre-order (pre-orders start today) will be an Authentication Key that allows access to the Final European Beta until launch. Blizzard will make it possible for Europeans to play on the US Servers, and vice-versa, after the European Launch.
