NCSoft hits Europe

NCSoft Europe today announced first details about distribution plans. Lineage II is the first NCSoft game to be launched in Europe.

NCSoft Europe announced distribution partners for all European key territories, as following:

United Kingdom - Pinnacle Software
France – SG Diffusion
Germany – Flashpoint
Scandinavia – Toptronics
Italy – Digital Bros
Spain - Friendware
Benelux – Multi-Media International

This is the first step towards bringing NCSoft's international hit titles like City of Heroes and Lineage II to the European market. Europeans can also look forward to being able to access upcoming NCSoft titles like Auto Assault or Richard Garriots newest creation Tabula Rasa easily.

NCsoft already announced plans to launch Lineage II in Europe by the end of 2004 followed by City of Heroes and Guild Wars in 2005. It has not been announced whether there will or will not be localized versions of the clients, though.
