Tulga to purchase Assets

In a recent Press Release by Tulga Games LLC, they have announced that there is a pending sale of all Horizons Assets to Tulga Games LLC.

A first look at Tulga Games and the Managing Member mentioned in the Press Release might bring up a flash of memory for those who have been involved with Horizons for some time. Chris Tulumello has been director of business development at Artifact Entertainment for some time.

The story gets more twists when you investigate a little further. Tulga Games has been incorporated in the state of Arizona on 07/16/2004, just a few days later Artifact Entertainment files for voluntary reorganization under Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Now, months later, former Artifact consultant Chris Tulumello announces that his company Tulga Games has a pending purchase on all of Artifact's Assets (this includes employees and subscribers as well). We all see the word "pending", but when looking at the Tulga Games website we don't really get the feeling that anyone doubts this is going to get through.

We are not going to make any assumptions here, no matter the suspiciousness of this process we wish Artifact Entertainment and especially the player base of Horizons all the best in the future.
