Issue 3: A Council of War Movie

Just in time for the European Beta Sign-ups, NC Soft has released a first Teaser for the third Issue (read: large update) of the City of Heroes titled "A Council of War".

Issue 3 will once more introduce a whole lot of new content and features, just as known from the "Chronicles" in Lineage 2. New Archetypes, Powers and more are to come. You should check the official website for a detailed and complete introduction to Issue 3 and City of Heroes itself.
