At the heart of all artistic endeavors lies the need to embrace newfound inspiration and to express one’s creative vision. By its very nature, springing as it does from fantasy and imagination, City of Heroes has engendered a community of artistic souls whose visions are equal parts nostalgic tribute and personal participation.
