European World of Warcraft Street Date announced

It's coming to Europe at least! Blizzard today announced the European Street Date for World of Warcraft.

February 11th is when you can grab your very own copy off the shelves of European retailers for the suggested retail price of 44.99€ (£29.99 in the UK).

As usual, there is one month of subscription included, from then on citizenship in the world of Azeroth and Kalimdor will cost you 12.99€ per month (£8.99 in the UK). Alternatively you can subscribe for consecutive three months which will lower the price to 11.99€ per month (£8.39 in the UK) or six months which will make it 10.99€ per month (£7.69 in the UK).

Even though not surprising, yet still a good message for German players: the ELV (Elektronisches Lastschrift Verfahren) will be available. Of course, all major and many local credit cards are also being accepted as well as game-cards which will be available at retail outlets.

With the experience that Blizzard has gained from prior launches in North America and Korea, the large 24/7/365 support team for Europe (that will be available in French, German and English) will make sure the launch is as smooth as possible.
