Horizons Purchase is through

Tulga Games today announced that the purchase of Horizons' assets from developer Artifact Entertainment has been formally closed.

The recent Press Release by Tulga Games does not give any more detail on what the purchase entails, as of now. It can be assumed that the majority of key team members have joined Tulga Games and that the players will remain as unaffected by the purchase as possible.
